Hello Fellow Mitel Techs,
Does anyone know what is the max number we can do in that command?

Command: Logsys Read SMDR Into <Name> Newest <Number>

The SMDR log is 20,000 entries by default, so the maximum number is up to the maximum number of entries the file contains.

You can check the SMDR file size with 'LOGSYS ATTRIBUTES SMDR'

The SMDR log file can be changes in size with the command 'LOGSYS SIZE SMDR FILE XXXXX' where the maximum size is 75,000. Note there is an option to change the RAM Buffer (LOGSYS SIZE <logname> RAM <number of bytes> ), but it is not recommended to change that unless directed by Mitel support.
