Hi Friends ,
I have a problem setting up a call recording system.
My system has 30 ports.
There is also a SRC system with 30 ports.
I installed all the systems and made the settings but unfortunately the system was not recorded.
No sound is recorded when it is recorded.
Can you guide?

Hi Farzad ,
In call recording admin --> network configuration --> Ip addresses
you have to add all your subnet .
Also , upgrade the MBG (SRC) to the last version.
