Title: Interpreting Mitel Collaboration Advanced alerts
Post by: akuhn on December 02, 2014, 08:55:31 AM
I have 8 lines on a 5000 dedicated to what we used to call the AWC but is now MCA.  Every once in a while, I'll get an email indicating that a port is in use.  I take that as being an actual call.  I have to admit, the system doesn't get a lot of use.

However, this morning, the alert came at 4:52 AM as seen in this email alert

TPS-2001 TPS-2001 1 ports are currently in use 7 ports are free at Tue Dec  2 04:52:22 EST 2014

I thought this was an odd time.  Should I be concerned?  If so, how would I dig down to figure out what happened?  Thought I'd put this out here before I call Mitel.

Hi Akuhn,

Were you able to find out what the issue was?

Thanks

Sorry to say that I basically forgot about it and I don't think it has happened since.
