Title: i dont get Diagnostic report on mail from micollab soft phone client

Hi
i dont get diagnostic report on email , i select send diagnostics report , i can see the send report icon and it send the report .
n. but dont get the email. do i need to set smtp mail server details and where do i set it

Legacy or next gen client ?

in both case you will not get the email .

legacy : you can see the report il the micollab server diag.

next gen : in program files/ mitel /micollab .....

The MiCollab client sends the diagnostic log to the MiCollab server under /var/logs/feedback.

If you want to get an email you have to program the "Server to use for outbound SMTP" and "Forwarding address for administrative email" in the E-mail settings form.
