I need the ability to program a key, either from the phone or from Form 09, so that a person can transfer a call directly to another persons voicemail.

I was able to purchase additional IP licenses from a 3rd party vendor, I was told that the" licenses have been assigned to my system and activate, and if I can sync them up.  Licensing system page is attached for offline"  and to forward the result back to the engineer.  I'm again at a loss as I did not see anything in the manual in regards to this

Just installed a new Fortigate,  We're using the same VLAN/Subnets as before.  I can access the controller with the same PC I was connecting with before the change.  I can ping the Controller, and the PC can get to the GUI, The CDE forms appear, but I get a Connection Disconnected error on the GUI.  I don't think this is a policy issue as I can see the Forms on the left side, just not the mgmt screen.  My thought is to reboot the mitel system completely.  Thoughts?

Hello again:  We have a phone number xxx-xxx-6300, when dialed, it list the departments you can reach by pressing the number.  Well, it's never been updated and no one knows how to access the system to make the changes to the voice message and edit the numbering commands.  Form 55 (Digit Translation Table) has 6300 - DID Prefix 1, Day 4000, N1 4000, N2 4000.  I go to Form 17 (hunt Group) GRP1: 4000 ext numbers are 2001-2023, which happen to be the VM ext numbers.  If i dial ext 4000 from my phone, it rings the VM and it's my mailbox.  Any information will be helpful, thanks

Is there a way I can pull a log from the system to see what incoming calls have been made to an internal phone on a specific day?

Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / Changing phone model from Digital to VOIP

In Form 09, I want to change the phone from a digital to VOIP, the system won't  let me change it over via the mac address for the replacement phone, the Device Type shows an *4025 in the display column.  I'm not sure why it has the * in the filed, anyone?

I have a few phone numbers that go directly to a pickup group in our Mitel SX-200 ICP, they are not part of my DID.  How do I find those external phone numbers in the system?

I can forward an internal call to a cell phone, but when I try calling in from an external line, the call is busy.  The COS is enabled for 206-209211-213.  The option on the Mitel 4025 phone doesn't have an option for external/internal call forwarding.  I need the ability for external calls to be routed to an external phone #.

SX-200_ICP, MWI not working, does light up for incoming calls, just not for waiting messages.

My boss want to setup some type of ring group on our SX-200 ICP, where if a call comes into the receptionist, and she's not there or on the phone, it will ring another phone for a few rings, and if no one picks up, it rings the next line, so on and so on.  HE doesn't want an auto-attendant, Hunt groups doesn't look promising.  Any ideas, other than throwing the system out the door.  We're a small school and very little knowledge on this old system.

Is there a report that I can run that will show me all active extension numbers?  Then send the report to the ftp server since I don't have a serial printer?

We have a SX-200_ICP, we have different Page numbers depending on location of phone in a building, question is, do I need this Myadministrator software to program the phones for each page group?  if so, where can I find the software?
