Post by: areyes on December 16, 2015, 03:18:39 PM
Superconsole 1000 MITEL SX 200

I know absolutely nothing about this console, ITs been here since for at lease 12 year, my general manager needs the console to be programmed for NIGHT 1 and NIGHT 2 Night 1 is a cordless and it is already taken care of but i need to add NIGHT 2 to a cell phone. I need step by step instructions because i really know nothing!! HELP!

Sending calls to a cell phone is rather complicated on the SX200, it involves creating an extension and (probably) a new Class of Service, modifying device interconnect tables and system options, adding new system abbreviated dialing entries, remotely forwarding the phone created, and then setting it as the night 2 answer point. Not really something I would recommend attempting if you don't have intimate knowledge of the system... Probably something you should contact your vendor for.
