Title: Call forwards to Voicemail when other call is in progress.

Apologize if this is in the wrong place, also new to the forum, hi.

I manage a small amount of end user Mitel 5330e IP Phones for my office.
There are two users who have some feature or setting enabled that I cannot find.

The problem is if a user is on a call and someone else calls in, that call goes straight to voicemail and does not alert that another call is incoming.
All other users, when on a call and another call comes in, there is a call waiting tone or beep, and the call continue to rings until the user ends the first call and picks up the second.

I have factory reset the phones, copied working profiles, defaulted the phone, everything and somehow this setting persists.
I cannot for the life of me find the feature code or setting in the back-end to remedy this.
