We recently upgraded a customer's Micollab server and since the upgrade one of the existing scheduled reports is missing. I am not sure if Mitel did something custom for them but the old reports looks normal. The report name is "Extension Group Accounting Trace". Is there a way to add this report back?

You have to take a look in the Flexible reporting

Under flexible reporting, I receive the following:
You have been directed to this page for one of the following reasons:
The report has not been saved. In Flexible Reporting, click File=>Save to save the report.
There are no Flexible Reporting reports available for your user login
None of the reports created in Flexible Reporting are shared

You have to check in flexible reporting application , not CCMWEB

Sorry to dig this back up. I was able to create some reports from the flexible reporting, but I am still unable to find the fields that we had previously had on the extension group accounting trace report. Is this report a canned report or a report that has to be built?
