Hi,
I'm new here and hope this is the correct forum:
We bought a couple of used Aastra/Mitel 57i/6757i phones but they all have their MAC address still linked to their old provisioning :-(
So, whenever I try to register any of the phone(s) with our provider (nfon), I get a provisioning error: "MAC address already exists on the system"
Is there a procedure I can follow, a Mitel department that does this, or directions to remove the link to the old provisioning?
