Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Need holiday announcement

Hi,

I need a holiday announcement that is valid for specific period of day/time range.

For instance; during 4-days public holiday, an anouncement answers all calls,plays recorded message and hangs up at the end of record.

Is it possible?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Call continuing unnecessarily after hanged up by outside

Hi,

I am using 3300CXi. I call the controller, auto attendant plays me greeting. While greeting is playing or finised playing greeting, i hang up the phone. But call is not ended on the controller side. After few minutes, a voice mail alert is shown in attendant. The voice mail includes busy tone voice for around 45-90 seconds.

To my mind, the controller couldnt sense hanging up tone, so call wasnt finised.

How can i set the controller as it finishes calls when i hang up the phone? Or what parameter is not configured as i want?

When i try to take a backup, backup fail occurs. There is logs are taken after backup fail:

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Adding a new voice mail prompt language

Hi

I want to add a new language as voice mail prompt language. I am using 3300CXi and the ICP has no Turkish voice mail promt announcements, but i saw the Turkish language as voice mail prompt language in another 3300 CX.

How is it possible?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Calls are ended after redirecting announce

Hi

I am a user of 3300 CXi. During an external call, after listening first greeting message, calls are ended after hearing 'you are being transfered to..' announcement. I cant fix this problem.

In fact, i dont want to hear transefing announcement. That's enough connecting to extension after dialing single-digit mail box.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Voice mail hunt group problem

Hi everyone

When i dial voice mail hunt group number, i hear a busy tone. I can not use the voice mailbox. I created a voice mail hunt group and added all voice mail port number to this hunt group as member.
 
How must i configure general parameter to use voice mailbox? How can i reach to the administrator voice mailbox? Where am i doing mistake?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Saving configurations error and self-restart

Hi everone,

I am new at 3300 CXi and there are some problems.

I programmed the ASU and create 2 analog extensions, but there is no dial tone. In addition, after programming ASU, pbx runs a restart progress by self in 1 minute. After restart progress, there is no programmed ASU and no created entensions.

The other problem is that: When power off the pbx, all changes are replacing as default. Like that i didnt do any configuration changes.
