Hi
I am a user of 3300 CXi. During an external call, after listening first greeting message, calls are ended after hearing 'you are being transfered to..' announcement. I cant fix this problem.
In fact, i dont want to hear transefing announcement. That's enough connecting to extension after dialing single-digit mail box.

I don't believe that can be disabled as other's have asked that question before and been unable to find anything.

So, why are calls make closed after redirecting announcement? Do you have any idea?

Ok, 'you are being transferred to.....' can be disabled but its a bit of a long winded process. I suggest you fix the issue in hand first.
So, when you hear the announcement and you press a digit (what digit?) you hear 'you are being transferred to' and then cut off? Does this happen for all digits or just one?

Call schema:
An external call incomes --> playing first greeting message (welcome to ABC... press 3 for X, press 4 for Y..) -->
press 3 (or 4 or 0 or any digit) --> playing announcement: "you are being transferred to..." --> the call is hanged up !!!
'0','3' and '4' are extension type mailboxes. I have tried to change type of mailbox from 'extension mailbox' to 'transfer mailbox', but result is the same each time.
The another question is that: Can i add the Turkish as a voice mail prompt language? I saw it in another 3300 ICP, but our ICP hasnt got The Turkish voice mail prompt language.

Option 3 what is the extension number set against the mailbox?

At the option of '3' mailbox, the extension number is assigned as 103. Do you mean, i should have to assign an extension number to VM hunt group number, or to each VM port number? I get confused a bit :/

if you are using the main Auto Attendant then the extension number you assign to mailbox 3 in voicemail box configuration is where the auto attendant will attempt to transfer too

When i change the type of mailbox from 'extension' to 'park page', it is working. But, not working as i want. Before transferring to extension, i hear firstly 'please hold for X' and than 1 second elapsed MOH. After that, extension ringing and start calling.

If you set the mailbox type to transfer then you will get a blind transfer to the extension programmed and not the park.

I remember that i tried to change type of mailbox to transfer, but not work. Even so, i will try again.
What do you mean 'blind transfer' ? Please explain shortly.

A "blind transfer" is when you answer a call, transfer it to another extension and hang up without waiting for the other person to answer.
Contrast that to a "supervised transfer" which is when you answer a call, transfer it to another extension, wait for the person to answer and tell them you are going to release a caller to them, then release the call.

Calls income to vm port, greeting plays and than press 3 to reach transfer mailbox for extensiıon 105. But call is ended after transferring announcement instead to connect extension. So, i dont understand what must i do now. Can you explain simply ? I get confused :/

Can any you transfer to any extension?
For example, if you enter your AA and then dial 105 directly does it work?
Another thought, if you dial 105 from your phone (not through Auto Attendant) is there a delay between the time you hit '5' and when the phone rings? If yes, then you have a digit conflict in your system you'll have to resolve.

After first greeting announcement i directly dial an extension (for ex. 105) and it plays 'you are being transferred to 1,0,5' . After that call is hanged up.
I think this problem is not about digit conflict, it's about redirecting to extension or mailbox. But i dont know why it behaves so.

You're going to have to look to see if you Ext 105 is in a different tenant that the VM ports.

How can i set this? I couldnt understand; from outside number to extension 105 or from other extension to extension 105?

From any phone dial '105'. It can't be an outside line for this test.. After you dial the '5' count the seconds from the time you dialed the '5' until you hear ringing.

When i call 105 from anther extension, it is ringing. If i answer, it is mutually speaking. If i dont answer, its mailbox number (mailbox 3) answers call. Everthing is normally working.

Ok. Check to see if your VM ports are in the same tenant as the ext 105

I have already noticed that my license area don't cover tenanting. So, Tenanting is assigned as 'No' at the license option.
May it be the source of this problem?

How can i set the operation of tenanting VM ports without tenanting license? Which menu consists this parameter?

Bobcheese is probably correct - you may not be able to tenantize a VM port.
Do us a favor and take a screen shot of your mailbox 105 and let us take a look at it.
Or better yet, use PSR from your PC, log into your 3300, edit extension 105 then edit mailbox 3 and post it here. We'll take a look to see if there is something obvious.

There is a screenshot of mailbox 3 in the attachment. Please say me if it is correctly configured.

That is mailbox 0.
Where is mailbox 3?

It's configured exactly the same with mailbox 3. Mailbox 3 or mailbox 0, it doesn't matter.
