Title: MiVB 8.0 no call history on calls from key system keys

MiVB 8.0 with PRI

customer receives no call history on calls from key system keys. It appears she only receives call history only from calls that land on her intercom keys. I looked thru system options and COS, but nothing jumped out at me as a solution.

Any ideas?

You only get call history for calls on your prime DN.

That's what I was thinking, but I had hoped someone found a workaround for it...
