Go to Voice Processor > Application-Related Information > Auto Attendant Information. Check that the Auto Attendant Transfer Prompt is set to "No". Also, make sure that under Voice Processor the Identification Prompt is set to "No". - I always forget about the Identification Prompt.

The easiest way to clear the button is to do it from the phone. Enter the feature code 397, press the button you want to change then use the HOLD button to clear what is there.

The resolution for this was to add the Phone Extension List PP051 to System > Maintenance > SMDR > Devices

The only Call Type listed is "Incoming". I looked at the whole week and nothing but "Incoming" calls.

I have a customer that needed to know who made a call to a specific number. I looked at the PSTN Call Records Report in System Monitoring, but all I saw were incoming calls. Not a single outbound call on any date. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

I'm late to the party, but I had a customer with 5.1 with VM problems. Had to upgrade to a newer version. Apparently there is a flaw in 5.1.

If the phone is off site, make sure that the NAT Address Type (System > Devices and Features Codes > Phone >[ext]> IP Settings) is set to NAT.

Thanks, 619Tech. Currently we are on version 6.0.9.69. Had a tech in training back in early May testing with 6.0.10 and it was working correctly for the class. Will upgrade our system to 6.0.10 to see if that works.

Has anybody had luck getting the Mid Call Features to work properly? I have tested, but am only getting Option 1 (Re-Access Holding Call) and Option 3 (Conference). I would love to be able to transfer calls.

Yes. In Voice Processor > Devices > Applications you should have created an app for Voice Mail (Type Will be Voice Mail). Use this as the Xfer to VM button. In Key Assignments the Value should be PKM/DSS Key and the Selection should be the application number.
