I found a KSM article "QA1926":

DIDs do not consume CC resources.
Technically the amount is unlimited unless your system runs out of memory.

You can download on Mitel MiAccess download center but you need a login for that.

Is this the Business Console? What kind of headset/handset is connected to it? In the past I have seen similar issue with Jabra devices where you had to enable the "open line when undocked" option.

Thats right, you can transfer it to a separate subroutine and do the transfer to NP or embedded there.

The 5320 has no EHS function so call control will not work with any headset, as mentioned before the "Mitel" branded headset only works on 5330/5340/5360. The only solution wich kind of works is a horn lifter but you have to place this exactly right and have to fine tune it so the horn will not fall off.

You can add a menu into the UPiQ routine and transfer it to a mailbox/message.

Check if you have configured a multicall on your softphone and if the conference feature access code is configured everywhere in the MiCollab server (network element/pbx node/deployment profile).

I have seen that before, first check that the MiVB is really gone in "ICP/PBX Networking" after that I would suggest rebooting the MiVB to resolve it.

You can not pair any phone with the console in a ring group, you can for example create an overflow to a deskphone or use night rerouting to a deskphone.

Or you can use the micollab legacy client with the console option and a Mitel deskphone if available.

Check the conference FAC in MiCollab it should match that of the MiVB in 3 forms

- Network element in User&Services (SIP Conference FAC)
- Deployment profile (Conference access code)
- MiCollab Client service PBX node (SIP Conference FAC)

Have you tried to change the COS option "Name Suppression on outgoing Trunk Call" for the phones?

For SIP : SIP SHOW ACTIVE ALL
For PRI : STATE TRUNK GROUP "number of trunk group"

Assuming you are using the single cell DECT 112. If I recall it correctly you need fill the SIP registrar in different places but I do not know exactly where unfortunally.
