User A forward is phone to User B.

Someone call User A, if User B does not answer, the call reroute 1st Alt will send the caller to VM of User A.  Is there an option that I don't know that can send the call to th VM of User B ans not User A like it does?

MCD 6.0SP3 with Nupoint.

I'm looking for something to record digital phone on a SX200 icp rls 5.0

I need to record 4025 and SC1000.  Is there something that can do it?

Is there a way to disable campon when a call is coming from the embedded voicemail of the 3300?

auto campon timer is blank for the trunk, the VM and the IP Phone COS

If I call a DID that is direct to my phone, I get a busy tone.
If I call the VM, dial the phone extension I always have campon.  The VM is set to do unsupervised transfer.

I can disable the beep with the fax security campon option, but I still has the campon.

I try to install MiCollab Client (6.0.424 load) on a BlackBerry Z10. It does not connect. If I try with an Android or Iphone, it's working.
Mitel told us that our problem is that we need a 3rd party certificate installed on the MBG and UCA.

There is no documentation for this.

As someone already installed a 3rd party certificate?

We need 3rd party certificate to be installed on MAS server. If it is proxy by MBG from public. The certificate also need to be installed on teh MBG with MBG host name as alter name under certificate.

Is there a way to have an extension (ONS) to auto dial 9?

We have many fax with a lot of number program without the 9 before dialing that I don't want to change.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mitel Dect Headset

I have a customer who wants to adjust the built-in ringer of the Mitel Headset. They received about 1000 calls a day and they want to put the ringer to a minimum. I try to adjust the ringer with superkey, when I received a call, but it always adjust the ringer of the phone and not on the speaker of the headset.  Is there a way to do it or it is impossible?

The headset is connect to a 5340e with the dect module behind the phone.

HTML App Upgrade Please wait while upgrades are being performed on the HTML applications on this phone.

This page may take 1-2 to disappear when resiliency take place (about 1200 phones at the same time from a Mxe Server to 2 MxeIII Extended.

I need to have something to provides visual indication of telephone in-use on a 5330 ip phone.

Mitel don't have anything for that.  Is there something I can use to do that?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / LS Trunk open out

I have a customer who use LS trunk for incoming call only.

He needs to know immediately if one of the trunk is open out.  Is there a way to have an alarm or identification if the -52v signal is not present on the circuit of the LS trunk card?

The system is a 3300 MCD 4.2.

We have a problem, probably since the last upgrade.

We have An MxeServer, a Nupoint connect to the MxeServer and a Mxe Controller connect to Nuance (Speech Recognition Server) with sip trunks.

If we dial the Nuance number from a phone on the MxeServer, it's working. The problem is in all the callflow, we have program the # to do a blind transfer to the Nuance number.  This is not working anymore.  I suspect it stop working since the last upgrade, but I'm not sure.

Nupoint transfer the call, but we now have a silence until we hangup the phone. 

Do you have an idea to help me?

Maybe Route Optimization, but from what I read it doesn't seem to do anti tromboning.

What is exactly a dspool on a 3300?

I have a problem on 2 mcd 6.0 in cluster of 4 with the dspool.  They seem to be all in used after 6-7 days. 

Mitel are working on a patch, but I'm not sure to realy understand exactly what the dspool are use for.

I have a cluster of 3 MxeIII, one Mxe Server and Nupoint.

They are all in the same network. 

I have an NTP server on the customer LAN.  It's working for the 3 MxeIII, but I have a problem with those using MSL (Nupoint and Mxe Server).

For those using MSL, the time will update when I put the NTP Server, but only for the first time.  I have to disable it, then enable it again to have the correct time.

I might be a network issue, but I found it strange that it's working on the 3300 and not the msl.....

I have CCM rls: 6.0.03083.1

I need to install the client software, but it is not available in the download folder.

We have this issue since we upgrade from rls 5.8 to rls 6.0

Do you know if there is a way to have the client without re-installing the software or upgrace it?
