Hi guys,

Is there a quick method of finding extension numbers that have dialled a particular external number?

Is there a maintenance command that can be submitted to find this out? I don't want to execute a trace.

Any help will be welcomed.

Always remember to change the Administrator & Manager passcodes on the administrator voicemail account.

Internal & external users can forward voicemail to premium rate numbers by using the systems options on the admin voicemail account.

Hi Guys,

We play an out of hours greeting message to customers and I need to get this message changed. Can you advise on how to achieve this and tell me what forms to use.

I simply need to record a new message and replace the existing message. Any help will be welcomed.

I'm currently using v7.1.15

Hu guys,

I want to deliver a customer number to a button on one deskphone in the business.

I have looked at system speed calls & multiline set key assignment and I'm at a loss.

Ideally, the customer would ring in on a number and a flashing key would appear on one phone only.

I know this is a no brainer - but can someone help.

I had an issue with oneway voice on our IP phones not analogues phones

I flashed the IP sets and pointed the RTC & TFTP addresses to the IP address of the 3300 console. Below is a method I use to flash 5010 & 5020 IP phones:

Hold down up arrow and reset phone

Hi guys,

We're looking at running Outlook Voice Access (OVA) in conjunction with the 3300. Can anyone advise on how to:

(1) Setup a pilot number
(2) Forward all calls incoming on the pilot number (our Subscriber Access Number extension) to the Exchange UM Server's IP address

Any help will be welcomed  :D

H guys,

I have a problem where a 3300 keeps rebooting itself - I may be correct in saying that the hard drive is faulty.

(1) The 3300 reboots and the minor, major & critical lights flash red, then amber and returns to green
(2) I'm able to get to the web interface but my logon credentials are not accepted (it hangs at a validating username)

Hi guys,

Is there a method of seeing which users are currently logged into ACD fallback on the 3300? I know how to identify what extensions are ACD enabled (Multiline IP Set Configuration Form) but I need a live listing of all extensions that are, or not using ACD fallback.

Hi guys,

I have an ongoing issue where some internal extensions fail to connect to other internal extensions. The agent making the call can hear the recipient but the recipient cannot hear the caller even though the call connects. I have found a work around to this problem by flashing the IP sets and downloading the latest firmware. This solves the issue for a few days and then it reoccurs.

IP sets: 5010 & 5020 IP handsets
Console: 3300 ICP
