Unlikely ever to be a resolution, the DB programming and SyAd tool have become more unreliable as time goes by.  So many issues and errors, constantly needs the DB Engine repairing, Mitel not interested.

Just keep repairing the DB Engine as that's what they put on a KB article and seems to be enough to cover them rather than actually do anything about it.

Personally do not bother with softphones on the MVO250, the desktop softphone is bearable, the mobile app is a no no.  Look for a WebRTC product to run softphones, perfectly fine in Citrix and Remote Desktop.

I could help.  All I can offer though is I can change the password in a backup and send it back so you can open it.  You would then have to default the system and restore the database.  Voicemail would be lost on default though.

Can you attach the database here?

Otherwise you need Mitel to change the password for you.

One thing you could try is changing the 'Maximum Number of Calls' value on the SIP phone group from the default of 1 to 4 and see how you go.

You can do this with Phone Manager version 4 and the Professional license.  You can setup multiple buttons to change your outgoing CLI.  So once setup, click the button, CPN gets changed in programming, dial the number you need and it presents that number.  Then click another button when you want to change to something else.

With Internal, what type of phone are you trying to call and is it on the same node or off node.

Under the Configuration section of the SIP Phone Group, change the 'Maximum Number of Calls' from 1 to 4.

That may improve some things you are finding, not saying it will fix everything but worth a try to see if you notice any improvements.

Hey bcobb what happens if you manually create your accounts rather than import from PBX which I assume you are doing.  The import will remove the extensions which are the secondary phones like TE said.

Maybe creating manually is ok though? Worth a go maybe.

You can use Phone Manager version 4 for multiple message notification.  There is an option on the MCS and you can have many, many extensions notified that way rather than the limits of DEE and its a bit easier to setup.

You need to reinstall Microsft Access 2010 Database engine. Reinstalling SysAd will not fix it. Or try a repair on the existing Microsoft Access Database a Engine install.

Connect message print and unplug and plug in the USB cable you will see there if it's detecting it or not.

This sounds like a phone configuration issue or network issue at the remote end I think. Default the phones IP settings and reprogram it. You could always statically assign it an IP to rule out a DHCP issue on the remote router.

Agree with dwayne press the MSG key with the handset down to find the mailbox number. I bet it's not the extensions mailbox.

I would say that busy means all the networking channels are busy and there are none available. Have you checked in the SysAd tool under IP resources to see what is in use at the time.

Normally if the node is down you would get destination not responding I think. Also you would see the node disconnections in the message print.

I checked this out and the ClientCTI.exe does not allow you to change the CPN

What you ideally need is a Pro license on Phone Manager and then follow the API document to change your CRM integration to use something like .NET DLL, .NET WCF.  You may be able to code to change CPN and make call at the same time.

Where are you copying and pasting from.  Excel can be an issue.  So if you simply move the focus to a cell and select copy then try and past that, it will generally fail.  You need to click in the cell and highlight the text and copy then it will paste.

Other locations I have been ok copying and pasting its just Excel you need to be careful.
