Does anyone have a site running MiCCM 7.1 with multiple media servers? I have one that I am trying to do agent presence across the cluster and it is failing. I get SXERR_PRIVILDGE_VIOLATION in the client when I try to change the presence of an agent that is not on my controller. It works fine locally, or if I associate my employee with someone on that MCD/Media Sever. I feel like I am getting the run around from support and I was just wondering if anyone else could test for me.

Under the security role for the users I have all of the presence options selected and no restrictions on them.

So after lots of questions, it seems like the MiCollab server is losing the ability to monitor phones randomly. Anyone seen this before?

If you run the ACD Inspector you should see the make busy event and the user account that initiated it.

Based on the description, I would say the tiles are light blue in my case!

Button view: Displays all contacts as buttons in the Directory window. Button colors indicate the following:

White: Telephony status is unknown (for example, a personal contact with a PSTN number).

Light red: The contact's phone is in DND mode or forwarding calls to voice mail.

Light green: The contact's phone is ringing.

Light blue: The contact's phone is off-hook.

Light gray: The phone is unreachable.

Does anyone know why tiles turn gray in the MiCollab Console? I have a user saying that some of the user tiles become gray while the user is on the phone.

I am trying to set up an alarm for monitored agents that will send an email when there is someone logged in and not present. I can make their tile change colors, the PC to beep and the screen pop. But, the email portion doesn't seem to work. I get the alarm emails and the "test email" feature works under the Mail Servers form. Any ideas? MiCCM 7.1.0.0

Is there a way to make the MiCollab client update the new VM icon at the top of the client without going to the visual VM portion of the client? Using NPM on MAS as VM.

I get the messages once I open the VM portion of the client and I can listen, delete or reply to them. I just need the notification to be timely.

I am trying to make agents present/absent from agent groups using the MiCCM 7.1 client. I select the user and the group but the status does not seem to change and I get an error (attached). I can use the third party presence FAC to make the agent present, is there a place in the software to list the FAC?

What is the easiest way to get MWI on an ACD enabled set? I have NPM MAS and I cannot get a MWI on the ACD sets for mailboxes associated with the agents. I have the set's DN listed as an alternate extension and it doesn't do anything. I am using Mitai as the MWI type for the MBs. I can dial the FAC from a set and light the ACD phones.

Traditional, so just build a normal user and select ACD enabled, and build an Agent ID for them to log in with? The idle set will show all of the buttons as normal and just say logged out on the top?

I am trying to build ACD agents and must be doing something wrong. I thought you just built the agent ID, and then would be able to assign name/buttons in the User and Services Config form. I cannot find the agent ID outside of the ACD related forms. I went ahead and built a path and agent group, rebooted the controller, nothing. Am I missing something really obvious here?
