Title: How to create a popup when someone chat a user

Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to emphasize the chat window when a new chat comes in. Actually the chat window opens only in the bottom right screen where the Mitel icon is found. Is there a way to force it in the middle of the screen and make the main window?

Have they changed this in v7.3?
 
I've noticed the new one I'm working on just comes up as a small alert in the bottom right hand corner of the system whereas the other systems I've seen all open up the chat window.

We have the version 7.2.. Maybe that is why I cannot do that. So with 7.3, I could force a popup in the middle of the screen if I want to?
