Both 7.x and 8.x clients in use.
In Status Management, there are Phone Settings configurations. Two of the options are PBX Default and MiCollab Client Default.
I understand the PBX Default - should be the Call Handling / Call Routing setup for the extension in the PBX.
But where would I see the MiCollab Client Default? Is setting the PBX Default 'preferred'?

There is no MiCollab Client "default" per se. The thought was that there was a default configuration defined.
The MiCollab Client treatment would be what is defined in the status for each profile.
