Title: Mitel 5304 Handset

Hi folks.

I work for a college, and we recently purchased a fair few mitel 5304 handsets. Im struggling to se the programmable keys to fucjtions such as hold/transfer/redial.

The documentation says use the superkey, but i cant either find it on the handset or dont know how to create a superkey. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The phone has been registered on the system and has an extension assigned.

It looks like you will need to create the superkey by accessing it through the desktop tool if you have an account set up or asking your maintainer to log in and programme the keys up for you.

If the set is registered you will be able to use the 'multiline set key assignment' form to programme the superkey onto one of the phones buttons.
