Hi all,

Could anyone help me please! I have a site with an old LX controller on 7.1.4.9 and recently have had to swap the chassis. I have updated all the firmware etc but I am still having issues with the system randomly rebooting. I determined that it was an issue with something connected to the printer port so removed this but still having issues.

I have completed a system diagnostics report but unfortunately this has also taken this down. The logs show the following

VALID Restart post mortem information follows

I was also connected to the maintenance port at the same time and this showed the following logs when it did go down:

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Strange logs on 3300 LX Controller
« on: February 24, 2017, 06:27:02 AM »
Hi all,

Wondering if any of you could help. We have an ancient 3300 LX controller which recently the power supply went pop. I have replaced this along with the entire chassis but since then I am getting a few issues which are only resolved with a reboot of the Mitel.

One example is that I am getting hundreds of these logs but struggling to know what this means

I have completed a DBMS check and this is all showing ok but not sure what this log is pointing at.

Many thanks.

Hi,

I am having an issue with a new Mitel 5624 WiFi handset. I have logged this phone on with the correct credentials and the phone is in service.

I can dial the extension internally and externally but when I try to dial out from the handset, either internally or to an external number I get "Call Failed"

I can ping the PBX and also connection to the 5624 GUI. In here the logs are showing the following incident.

2016-05-11 15:55:30.560,250 - Call disconnected. Cause: 0x29

Could anyone help me with this and see what could be causing this issue?

Thanks all

Hi all,

Just wondering if someone could give me a pointer to the issue I am having?

I have a SX2000 Light Non-Redundant PBX which seems to have the maintenance port locked out and unresponsive. I have tried connecting via a tracker and direct on the port with the same issue.

I have rebooted the PBX twice and also via a scheduled reboot but I am still not getting any response.

Does anyone have any ideas or is replacing the card my last option?

Thanks all.

Mitel Software Applications / Lifecycle Reports - Contact Centre
« on: December 07, 2015, 05:55:01 AM »
Hi experts  :)

Could someone please help me! I am setting up lifecycle reports on the Contact Centre via YourSite Explorer and although the reports are there and I can see all aspects of the call, what I cannot see are the call notes. All I get in the notes is the name of the queue with the words "Missing Resource"

Could anyone point me in the right direction so the reports show the call notes?

Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / Mitel SX2000 HTL Commands
« on: September 17, 2015, 08:50:04 AM »
Hi all,

I have a few hotel customers on the old SX2000 system and I am after some help in the HTL commands.

I already know a few to see the status and to reset and initalise the link but after that im stuck.

I know one of the options is debug but not sure what to do with that one. I think its to carry out a trace on the link but cannot seem to get this to work.

I cannot find any documentation for the commands in the technicials handbook or the web.

Thanks all.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Analog Trunk - Door Entry Phone
« on: June 11, 2015, 04:16:58 AM »
Hi all,

I have a 3300 that has incorporated a door entry system. This is connected via an analog trunk port (ONS) with the built in ports.

The trunk is programmed via the trunk attributes to dial a group of phones. When the door entry button is pressed however no ringing is evident. The door entry installers say that the single pair is generating the voltage for the phones to ring but nothing is heard.

I created a trunk group which seized the analog port and when the door entry is pressed and the trunk seized you have communication across the trunk.

I have changed parameters in the CO Trunk Circuit Descriptor including Ringing Expected amongst others but nothing seems to be working.

 Line Start Type Loop
 Post Call Metering No
 Guard Timer 800
 Calling Party Disconnect No
 Dictation Trunk No
 Ignore Far End Disconnect No
 Disconnect Timer 500
Ignore Far End Reversal During Seizure Yes
 Ringing Expected Yes
 Seize Timer 10
 Address Signalling DTMF
Fake Answer Supervision After Outpulsing Yes
 Ignore Answer Supervision Yes
 Release Supervision Expected Yes
Audio Inhibit Until Answer Supervision Yes
 High Loss Option No
 Balance Network Setting National Complex
 Trunk Category Short
Perform seize test on out-of-service trunks Yes
Ground Condition During Busy Out Removed
First Meter Pulse Is Answer No
 Minimum Ring Detection Timer 200
Drop Digit Rcvr for Outgoing Audio Before Ans Sup No
 Flash Timer 300
 Call Clearing Signal Disconnect
 AC Impedance National
 CLASS Trunk No
 Milliwatt Tone
 Silence Tone

I have also tried to connect the door entry to an analog extension on hotline to the group but that does not work either.

Has anyone else ever come across difficulties with this? Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,

I am having issues with a customer and their 5624 handsets. The connection to the Mitel seems to drop quite frequently on all the handsets with the message on the handsets saying "no network".

I know this points to an issue with their network but once I reset the phones the connection is restored. The signal strength is pretty good and when I am actually in a call roaming around the building the calls do not seem to drop.

They are also having issues with battery life which I think is relating to the phones roaming for a signal.

The customer user Ruckus wifi.

I have noticed in the WLAN info that the DTIM value is 1 and the docs say this needs to be 5 which does improve battery life but would this point to the phones constantly losing connection with the Mitel.

Has anyone else had any issues with this? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Mitel Software Applications / Contact Centre Agent Skill Groups
« on: February 12, 2015, 05:35:31 AM »
Hi,

I have a site which uses skill groups with one particular group with around 20 agents. 5 of these agents have a skill level of 1 but am scratching my head wondering with these 5 agents how do the calls route. Do they route on longest idle, number or calls take etc.

I am having an issue where one of these agents seems to be getting the majority of calls but has the same skill level as 4 other agents in the same group. The agents number is the lowest number within that skill level so could be a bug

Thanks

Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / Superset 4025
« on: December 19, 2014, 11:04:21 AM »
Hi all,

Just a quick question.

Can a Superset 4025 be added to a SX2000 on MS2008-F-UK-00?

I am trying to swap over a set in the DNI assignment form and it is saying it doesn't recognize the "Superset 4025"

I can see these phone types on MS2009.

Thanks

Hi peeps,

I am having an issue with two handsets. Both strangely next to each other in the numbering plan.

When these users try to dial externally both say error.

Both can receive calls and dial internally.

Barring is fine as well as COS.

Both are linked to UCA but are unable to dial numbers from this either.

I have deleted and recreated one of the users but now the set is locked. I try the unlock access code and PIN in the user parameters but is still locked. I have tried changing the PIN in the user and auth tab but still no luck.

Set is a multi device type and is licensed, one day both were unable to make external calls via the phone and UCA.

Thanks all  :)

Mitel Software Applications / Contact Centre Agents Issue
« on: July 04, 2014, 08:26:44 AM »
Hi All,

This is my first post on this forum but hopefully in the future I will be able to contribute with people issues. I am trained in SX2000 and 3300 and work on Contact Centre, Nupoint, UCA and the MBG.

I am currently having an issue with agents on the contact centre. Randomly at the end of some calls the agent goes directly back to available rather than unavailable with the wrap up timer. This results in the agent unable to enter an account code and resulting in bad data. This is random with different agents and different calls.

Both the queues I am looking at have a correct wrap up timer as well as the COS of the agents.

Has anyone had experience of this issue?

Thanks Again

Chris
