Exactly what I needed to know. Thanks!

Can dialing 0 for incoming calls on the Auto Attendant be disabled? Currently, the message says nothing about dialing 0, but people hit it anyway and it is forwarded to an extension. The customer doesn't want it forwarded to an extension or a mailbox. Just disabled.

How can I make extensions rollover to other extensions when there is no answer?

Such as ext. 5602 doesn't answer in 3 or so rings, so it goes to another extension. Is that even possible with this system? Never seen one of these setup that way before.

How would I setup an automated attendant entry that repeats the menu.

I.E. Press 7 to repeat this message.

These are transfer only mailboxes, as well. When I type in the mailbox number, I want to access, it just tells me that mailbox does not exist. Any further assistance is greatly appreciated!!

It's like an automated voice, though. It was definitely no one there that recorded it. Are there any other possibilities?

Hello!

SX-200ICP  w/ embedded VM

Currently our system is setup so that the AA answers the phone. Option 2 is for Customer Service. Caller presses 2 and hears a message that says "You are being directed to the General Delivery Mailbox". But the caller is actually sent to Customer Service, which is right. How do I get rid of the "You are being directed to the General Delivery Mailbox" message. I'd rather it not say anything at all.

Thanks!!!

OK. Thanks!

OK. So I figured out how to change the extension there. But I have one option that says press 6 for company directory. Which/What kind of mailbox would the company directory be?

Currently when someone presses 6 for company directory, it goes to an extension and rings. Obviously, that is not what I want.

Hello,
I need to change the extensions on some auto attendant prompts.

For example, When the auto attendant says, "Dial 4 for Quality" or "Dial 5 for purchasing". I need to change the extension that "pressing 4"points to.
Best I can tell this is an embedded voicemail on an SX-200_ICP_5.0.1.11 CX.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Hello,
How do I change the extensions in the Auto Attendant?

Such as, the message says to press 2 for purchasing. Currently when 2 is pressed it goes to ext. 5210. I need to change it to go to 5290.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
