Hi all,
Just wondering if someone could give me a pointer to the issue I am having?
I have a SX2000 Light Non-Redundant PBX which seems to have the maintenance port locked out and unresponsive. I have tried connecting via a tracker and direct on the port with the same issue.
I have rebooted the PBX twice and also via a scheduled reboot but I am still not getting any response.
Does anyone have any ideas or is replacing the card my last option?

The only thing I could think of would be sending it a CTL-Q

Can you telnet into the Ethernet interface on the MC3E? Is there a peripheral cabinet attached? Those should also have a serial port on the back you can try connecting to.
