Title: Superset 4025
Post by: Felix on December 19, 2014, 11:04:21 AM
Hi all,

Just a quick question.

Can a Superset 4025 be added to a SX2000 on MS2008-F-UK-00?

I am trying to swap over a set in the DNI assignment form and it is saying it doesn't recognize the "Superset 4025"

I can see these phone types on MS2009.

Thanks

If the phone is plugged into the port and you look at the port in the DNI assignment form, does it show the 4025 in the column that shows whats plugged in?

When you are in the DNI Assignment form, press the F2 key, and step through the possible entries for  the device type.  If a set type (i.e. Superset 4025)doesn't appear, the load of software won't support it.
