Customer has an SX200 AX Controller, using embedded voicemail, that has been working well fro some time. With no identifiable cause voicemail stopped answering. No alarms/errors on system. Reboot restored services... is this an isolated incident or the beginning of a significant problem?

Probably an isolated incident... I have seen 200ICP's do this on occasion for no reason, reboot and good to go for another year or two.
