« on: November 15, 2016, 09:22:19 AM »
Hi,

can someone please help me here, everytime I try to add ext 160-167 in form 9 it says that "access code conflicts with an ARS leading digits entry"

why is this happening ?
Thanks

It worked! thank you.

I have a similar question please, Incoming calls ring LDN button on the console that assigned DIR number 7903, if there is no answer on that DIR calls get forwarded to the VM of 7903 and what I'm trying to do is to get the calls routed to the AA day MSG on busy/no answer instead. the console ext is 7999, but neither 7903 nor 7999 are in form 9. any thoughts ?

I will try that!  now I have a similar question where all incoming calls ring LDN on the console (DIR number 7903) if no answer on that DIR number calls go to the VM of 7903, I need to get calls routed to the AA instead, the ext for the console is 7999 but neither 7999 nor 7903 are in form 9 to program the forwarding.

acejavelin you were right! I accessed a different site that has a newer software installed and it has that option 1- Call Forwarding. However, that option is not there on the site that I'm trying to make the changes, I'm even missing forms 50 - 55 Must be an older one or might be a license type difference.

There is no option  1- call forward the only available option is 2- Set APP

2- Set APP has the following options

2- CO LINE GRP
3-TRUNK NUMBER
4-LDN NUM

I thought this can be done by creating a COS  in form 3, configure that COS in form 19, and assign it to ext 1136 , but when I checked the COS form I found 1136  assigned to the same COS as 1133 as follow:

ext 1133 and 1136 are on COS 16, COS 16 has

                                                                                               Day             N1           N2

call forward busy number for his tenant                                   2005         2005        2005

call forward no answer for this tenant                                      2005         2005        2005

now what I don't understand is what is 2005.

Again 1133 call forwards to proper wireless set but 1136 does not.

any thoughts ?

I have ext 1133 programmed to be forwarded on busy/no answer to ext 1203 which is a wireless set. I'm trying to program 1136 to be forwarded to wireless ext 1204 on busy/no answer.

Thank you acejavelin. I guess what I wanted to ask is how to program it on the phone system itself without having to dial any feature code on the actual phone, Im in a remote city but I have access via Procomm plus. I have few phones programmed this way but im not able to figure out the way that they were done. The set type is 4025.
