solic,
Go into database programming and then under Operations you will see IP Device Status; click on that. It will give you the extension and IP Address of all the IP Phones programmed in the system.
There is a way to do it through the phone, but since I never do it I am not sure as to what it is. Something along the lines of holding both arrow keys releasing them and pressing the 2 key I think; like I stated earlier it isn't something I do.
Thanks,
TE

To view it from the phone you need to get into config menu.
Hold down both volume keys, release volume up while still holding vol down. Dial 234 (CFG), then release the vol down key.
This should enter the config menu where you can view network parameters.

You can also see it from Mitel System Administration & Diagnostics application, activate advanced monitoring and go to the Resources & device info tab, in the Phone window double click any extension to see it's IP address, MAC address, feature status and other information such as ACD login status.

That screen is great for the complaint that a phone isn’t ringing, and the user swears that they’re logged into the ACD. Send them a screen shot that shows differently!

Thank you all Very much

This is the MiVO 250 forum, so that's not really relevant.
