HI, its me again.
we have 1 Mitel and a samsung IP system homologed with SIP trunk, but I'm adding another MItel in a different city, using 4 SIP trunk for link to the other 2 systems, my problem is, when I dial a xtension in the Samsung with a IP phone it's not ringingin an d appear a busy message in the screem, but if I made the call from a analog phone, the samsung ring, but when they off hook I can Hear the voice but they can't hear me.
they have a firewall but I dont know wich other ports they have to open for this works right, do you have any information about the ports in TCP/UDP that they have to open in SIP link?
between the MItels all works right, only in the Samsung site I have this problem.
