Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Getting "Not Allowed" When Trying to Log in ACD User

I am new to the Mitel phone system and struggling with getting a new ACD user setup and working. Everything appears to be correct but when I hit the log in button the display states "Not Allowed". Can someone please point me in the right direction as to where to look.
