Title: Getting "Not Allowed" When Trying to Log in ACD User
Post by: jsm55 on April 04, 2011, 03:00:34 PM
I am new to the Mitel phone system and struggling with getting a new ACD user setup and working. Everything appears to be correct but when I hit the log in button the display states "Not Allowed". Can someone please point me in the right direction as to where to look.

Thanks for your help in advance!

Jeremy

Does the phones initial Class Of Service allow for ACD login?

I would compare it to the other ACD phones.

The phone "Class of Service" is the same as another ACD phone that is working. I don't see anything in the device/phone settings pertaining to acd login?

What software version are you running? Is it possible that you're out of ACD licenses?

Did you assign an ACD license to the phone through "Multiline IP Set Configuration"?

I just found that right before your post. That was it. The "ACD Enabled" under Multiline IP Sets was set to No for that extension. Thanks for your help!! I appreciate your time!
