MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Dynamic Extention Destinations Becoming Inactive

We use UCA with SIP soft phones but the destinations in DEE keep going to Active - No.

Is there any reason for this or has anyone seen this before?

The 5000 is running v6.0 and UCA is also V6.

Does anyone know how to activate night service (8860) on a remote node?

Short of connecting an IP phone to the remote node, I can't see a way to do it.

Any ideas welcome.

Mitel Software Applications / CSM Intelligent Router - Back to Agent Routing

Hello.

We run a v5 CSM and want to implement back to agent routing whereby the system recognises that a CLI has called in previously and will route the call to the same agent, if available.

Can anyone suggest a way of setting this up in Intelligent Router?

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / 5610 handsets with quiet ring

We have just installed an HX Controller on V6 with 8 x 5610. The customer says they cannot hear the 5610s ringing and have turned the ringer up to maximum.

Does anyone know if this can be increased further?

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / US Ring tone when calls put through STAR

We have many customers complaining of the US ring tone generated by putting a call through a STAR.

Does anyone know a way of changing this to a UK ringing tone?

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / SIP Phones not showing in Directory

We have a problem whereby SIP phones are not showing in the Directory search (code 307).

Has anyone come across this? Does anyone know how to rectify it?

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / HX linked to Aastra 415

I have just installed an HX and connected it to an Aastra 415 system by SIP in order to get a good DECT solution. ISDN2e is connected to the HX.

Dialling between extensions and outgoing from the Aastra DECT phones is fine but I cannot find a way to make the Aastra DECT phones ring for incoming hunt group calls. The hunt group contains an Extension List so all phones ring together.

I have tried Phantoms and Dynamic Extension but these work on calls to an extension and hunt group calls do not follow the divert.

I also tried putting a CRA in the hunt group but this answers the call as it dials the Phantom, meaning that the 5340 handsets in the hunt group also stop ringing.

Can anyone suggest anything?

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Mitel HX with multiple SIP accounts from same provider

I would like to know how to configure a Mitel HX with multiple SIP accounts from the same provider.
The system gives an error due to the registrar address already being used.
Any suggestions welcome.
