Hi,we have a mitel sx-2000 and I've connected an IVR system (Interactive Voice Response) to some ONS line.sometimes in 7th second of greeting message call is disconnected.is there any parameter in "ONS Circuit Descriptor Assignment" or "Class of Service Assignment" that related to this problem? also our telephony card is Donjin.

No. There isn't a timer that would disconnect at 7 seconds. I'd look at the IVR for that problem.
You could dial each of the ports several times to see if one of them disconnects repeatedly.
I suppose it is possible you may have a bad ONS port.
