What about using the associated directory number form and make the analog set a hotline with the associated number 8

What about using night2 and then scheduled night service?

This is a long shot but go into the ICP/PBX networking on each element and change the IP address to something else then save it then change it back.

I have never had one not recover on its own before.

Yes you can under maintenance and diagnostics

ping <ipaddress>

Also try on both controllers

busy xnet all ip
rts xnet all ip

Your XNET trunks are in manbusy

try rts xnet all

Its built into the system forms "Line Quality Measurement"

Search the help for LMT it goes through the setup

Also if you have the millwatt test number and the silence test number at the CO it helps. if not you can set up loopbacks and do them from the 3300

The last couple of systems I have done I have used a 1 for outside access
So you just tell the customer they need to dial 1+ for every number? lol... guess that works since there is no "Direct to ARS" feature in the MCD.

Well there are 7 or 8 area codes just in the SE of the state so dialing 10 digits is pretty much the norm.
