Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Hotdesking on a 5312

Hi,

I would like to setup hotdesking between 5312 units.  Everything is fine with the programing but there are no soft keys to press for the hotdesk key?  Even when I use the feature access code, I then get past the hotdesk button problem but I am then presented with a login button that needs to be presented to go to the next screen.  Any ideas on how to make this work?

Just wondering how one goes about getting a real\public operator through the phone switch?  When I dial 9 then 0, nothing happens.  Where does one go to see the dialing instructions for this?

Hi All,

Working on a SX-200 ICP.  This may have been going on for a long time but just has been recently noticed.  The main number of the phone switch is no longer going into voicemail (embedded VM).  There is a console phone with this number and when I look at console assignments (form 07), it shows tenant 1.  When I go into call rerouting table (form 19), I see nothing entered in for CO Line Routing points on no answer ...call forward busy....and call forward no answer....Tenant 2 has valid information in these fields.  When I change the tenant number in form 7 to tenant 2.  The call still doesn

Interesting little issue.  Whenever I dial on my Mitel 5224 IP phone, as soon as the other side picks up the phone my phone puts them on hold.  I then have to press the prime key to get the call back.  Now I haven

Hi All,

Just wondering about some possible suggestions for the following problem:

Lately, almost every other day it seems, our staff when they use a fax machine have been dialling 911.  9 for the external line, 1 for long distance and another 1 accidentally.  I have already setup a message so that when people dial 911 it says

Hi All,

This is all internal and on the same 3300 icp phone switch.  What I would like to do is forward my extension to another extension (no probs here).  On the second extension, voicemail never picksup it just rings and rings.  How do I get voicemail to pickup?

Hi,

I have got a strange issue here.  I have a digital 4025 phone that two users are using with different extensions.  I am trying to delete the non-prime extension MWI, but it keeps saying the line is busy.  The voicemail (not imbeded, Repartee ActiveVoice) has been deleted and no-one is using this extension.  I have assigned the MWI to test phone on my desk and the MWI light is blinking away.  Where is it getting this signal and how do I get rid of it?  I have tried **12+EXT to turn off the voicemail light but not luck.
