Any idea of how to have 1 pilot number that rings 2 DN's and generates call history on both - devices are in 2 different locations. Bearing in mind that call history will only be generated on the prime line.
Thanks

I'm afraid the only way we going to get this right is by checking TMS stats, I have tried a couple of things to no avail. sorry

Actually what about using a ring group, that rings each person's prime DN? I haven't tested this, it was just thinking about it, and in my head it should generate the desired call history on each of the phones.

That will work, plus you can name the ring group so people can distinguish between calls.
-
Ring group will only generate call history on thefirst member of the group. Ive tried a PRG with the same result.
When you say TMS - could you ellaborate?
Thanks for the advice

Any one any other thoughts?
Much appreciated - i am not to confident this can be achieved, i reckon its a DCR

The TMS(telephone Management system or otehrwise referred to as a call logger. the Mitel outputs SMDR and the TMS reports on numbers dialed from or calls received on a specific DN.

Ahhhhhh, every day is a school day. I understand how it functions but was unsure of the abbreviation.
