(http://)hello, I need much of you help, I can not configure my sip account and the .cfg file, not updated for tftp, someone help me? my phone is 5312, thank you  ;)

It needs a language pack, one is not installed. Try to find the firmware and put it on your TFTP server (or use your computer and a TFTP program) and allow it to update the language pack and firmware. Until you do this, you will not be able to use the device.

Mitel has dropped SIP support for these phones some time ago, it might take a little digging to find it, and if you are on an older firmware version it could be nearly impossible since firmware on these needs to be upgraded in steps (v4->v5->v6->v7->v8) so that the bootloader can update properly.
