Hi all,

I configure an SIP profile for external number dial in to our Mitel 3300 PBX that route to specific number. I guessing it was due to timeout, after period of time, when I dial that number it was unable to route to the specific number.

then I re-save the SIP profile , it will works again. all idea, or how to trace the root cause?
