Management would like a hotkey that will allow them to send an incoming call to voicemail. I.e., their phone is ringing, they recognize the number but do not with to talk to them and press a hotkey to send it to voicemail.
Is there a way to do this?
Thanks.

Isn't that just built into the 5320/30/40/60 phones, just press the "Forward Call" softkey at the top of the phone?
All my test phones have it without doing anything special...

You need to manually forward your phone once to where you want it to go.
Then unforward it.
Once that's done, when a call comes in, you will be presented wit a "forward" button.
