Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mitel 3300 Voicemail to Email

Hi,
I haven't recently change the IP address of my Mxe controller, and my voicemail to email function stopped working.
But it worked fine before.

I wonder where about in Exchange is set to accept email from the controller node?

Hi,
Can anyone tell what is causing the status and info on Contact Center Client not updated on real time?
For example, when an agent finishes call, the status is still showing ACD.
When an agent is in a call, another incoming call goes to her.
The counter on Queue graph is not showing correctly as well.
The agents have to close and open Contact Center Client to fix the problem.

We were able to extract report but not today. The Report status has been in pending status forever.
There are few errors showing in the log files under c:\program files\prairieFyre Software Inc\CCM\Logs
The log fie: WFMService shows the error below:

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / High Jitter Buffer underflow

Hi,
Our call centre agents are experiencing quite a lot of dropped out.
Having a look the controller, the Voice Quality Statistics shows high Jitter Buffer Under Flow (over 2 thousands) for most records.
All the agents' phones are connected to Mitel Border Gateway. I have restarted MBG but in vain.
I have set Qos and DSCP on the switches. What else can I do to diagnose and fix the problem?

Mitel Software Applications / UCA in offline mode

In this case, UCA logged me in automatically but appears to be in offline mode.
Please advise how to fix it?

Mitel Software Applications / UCA Intialization error

Hi,
After I launched and logged in to UCA, I get an Initialization error:
"Unified Communicator Advanced has failed to connect to the server at xxx.xxx.xxx.
Unified Communicator Advanced will startup in Offline mode. Do you wish to continue?"

But I am able to ping to the server and log in to UCA on another PC with the same login account.

Please advise.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Hunt Group with Call forwarding

Hi,

I have serveral extension numbers in a Hunt Group (terminal), I have tested that one of the phone in the hunt group doesn't forward when it was rang (hunted) but not answered. We will like the call to go to the forwarded call when the person is not at desk and he has turned on the forwarding before leaving office.

1) caller dialed hunt group number
2) the 1st number in the hunt group was busy, so the call went to the second number
3) the person of the second number has left office but turned on forwarding always.
4) the second number kept ringing without forwarding ---we will like this number to be forwarded to the programmed number.

Looks like Hunt group is not able to do that. Any idea to make this work?

Hi,
Is there a way I can mask the outgoing call so that the extension is used instead of the full phone numbers.

Example, if the caller dial 62341234 where 234 is the extension, the controller will use 234 instead of 62341234 for this outgoing call.

The reason is, with the full phone number an ISDN call is made and would add cost to the bill.
If extension is used, it is a free call over the network.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Cannot delete a user profile

I received an error when trying to delete a user profile: Delete remote hosts from the remote busy lamp group first.
Is there a function/form that I can use to find a list of user profiles programmed with that number that I want to delete?

Hi,
Can anyone advise how to setup 2 vlans for Mitel 5312 Phone as I am aware the dual port phones are equipped with an internal 3-port Ethernet switch.
We connect the PC to the 5312 phone, from the phone to the network. On our network, voice and data are on 2 separate vlans.

Hi,
I am new to Mitel 33000 ICP. I have been trying to read the 33000ICP_EGL documentation but find it hard to understand.
Could someone recommend a book/website that explains the concept of the Mitel 33000 ICP technology?
If technologies like Ethernet to TDM (E2T) Channel, TDM Trunk, TDM Tandem, DNIC, Toll-bypass, RTC, ONSP etc etc could be explained in plain words.
