it doesnt seem to be the prime line, the user says its the 3rd button from the bottom that flashes

in case I need it how do i revert the previous change, Trunk Service Assignment form, what field do i need to change back ?

it currently rings to one extension (8002) which is a 5212.

Ralph got this sorted for me, he dialin and had a look. not sure what the problem was exactly.

Can you post it up for me ralph, but it seemed to be a misconfiguration of some sort.

yes its strange that its not working, the DDI's just ring through to the reception.

whats the log command so i can see whats being presented to the system.

I need to enable DDI's on our system to extensions that dont match the numbers of the DDI's. I've created the system speed calls but they dont seem to be taking effect, do i need to enable ddi on the trunk settings or somewhere else ?

I am looking to setup password protected calling on a group of phones on our mitel system. IE to make an external call you will be prompted for a password.

Hi Guys,


User wants to setup a button that she can press disabling her voicemail when she is in the office and the press again to reenable when she leaves.

I assume this is just setting up a button to enable or disable a divert to a specific number ?

concerned that this may affect more things in the phone system than I would like, is there a way to enable and disable voicemail from the phone itself ? I.E on a per phone basis

anyone know where I set the open and closed house that apply to voice mail.

I know how to select the option on the manage extension but cant seem to find where to set what are the open and closed hours.

also i assume setting them should not have an impact on anything else on the system.
