I don't work on the 200 platform often so I am at a loss on this one. I have a customer that has a 200 ICP (not sure what rel.) that is not getting MWI. Is there a location to enter a FAC like the 3300s? Or should it just work? It has been running fine for years so I am wondering if something is going on with one of the ports.

I to have the same issue where MWI failed to notify end users that they have messages.

What I ended up doing was an upgrade to 5.0 and everything started working again. Sorry for the delay.

There is a feature access code that let you test the MWI.
I don't remember the name but probably something like Message Waiting......
