Mitel Software Applications / MICC Report help for requeued calls?

We have an agent that we suspected is making ACD calls re-queue using Micollab popup with the Call Forward.  We have run Lifecycle report but we can't see it even if we emulate with another agent.  The call never shows no matter what we run.  Any suggestions on what report could be run? Thanks

I'm setting up MiVoice Office App Suite 5.2.23 for customer 6 months after switching to SIP trunks on Mitel 250.  Everything works fine but I am not getting audio on inbound calls for 6900 sets and Outbound I get "Call Fails.  My 5300 series sets and digital work fine.  I can receive a call on 6900 set with no audio transfer to 5300 and audio is there.

When I press (A) please look at JPEG....Says "Welcome to Rescue Mode"...never gives prompt so I can enter passwd root and passwd admin.  Also wants the root password





You have to stop the boot process and enter single mode. The may be a knowledge base article, but this is how:

You can reset your root/admin password like this:

   1. Boot your server and use the arrow keys to select the kernel you would like to boot into.
   2. Press A , to append parameters to your grub boot settings.
   3. Be carefull not to change anything, only add the following:
      Code:
       single
      (Mind you there is a space before single)4. Press enter. you will be presented with a prompt.
   5. At this prompt type the following commands (followed by a return). You will be asked to provide a new password. Reset both your root and you admin password and set them to the same value:
      Code:
      passwd root
      Code:
      passwd admin
      .
   6. Reboot your server and everything should be okay now.

I am trying to do a password recovery for Micollab/MSL on virtual VMware.  I have 12 year old instructions but the they will not work or look the same.  I am adding a screenshot of my options through the console.  Old instructions says to type space (single) after stopping MSL boot by typing (A) but when I do it reboots MSL.  It does say "Welcome to Rescue Mode"

Can Micollab Mobile Client be used on Google Pixel Mobile phone? Just verifying....Can't find anything in Mitel Doc's

We have 3300 running 8.0 SP3.  What DHCP options are required to use a external windows DHCP server? Are the ones I listed below all that is needed?

3 - VLAN default gateway (IPAddress)

66 - TFTP server. Use the IP addressof the 3300 (IP Address)

67 - TFTP BootFile. (ASCII String) “/sysro/E2T8260” Used by the E2T if present.

125 - Used by phones forbooting. (Combines options 128-133) (ASCII String)

Default ASCII string:

I was told today that Call Director will come on MiVoice Business 10.0 and will take place of embedded messenger voicemail.  Anyone else heard this?

How do I restore archived recordings so they can be searched for a recording?  I can see the PVD files but not sure how to restore.  We are at Mivoice Recording  9.1

I think I know the answer but just verifying.  Any way to have a internal calls and external calls via a hunt group ring differently with 6900 series phones?

Handset port not headset...Sorry

If you flip the phone around are the headset ports on the far right or far left?  If they are far right(older version) I had to exchange all mine out for the newer revision 6900 series phones with headset ports on far left.  The older revision phones never did perform right.

It's a Mivoice 6.3.7.78. How do you get GUI? I have user and password. But I don't have password to be on same network as controller.

As long as you know the admin password you can GUI to IP address of 5000 and go through AWP webpage to add a hunt group.

For the feature key: go to system flags: SPCL Key Required Feature Code Entry...."yes"
Phone: Key assignment...Keymap: Key 6 SPCL...must change to something else.  If you are at Software Version 6.3 you can change to "Release Key" for call disconnection
