Title: ACD Silent monitoring shows up in answered calls

Mitel 3300.  phones are 5330 and 5340.

When Silent Monitoring ACD Agents.  the agent can use super key (Blue key) to look at call history.  under answered calls it shows who was silent monitoring their call.

Anyone know how to remove?  it kind of defeats the purpose of silent monitoring if the agent can see who is listening in on their calls.

I checked COS and acd silent monitoring notification is off.
