Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / screen saver

is screensaver is free for in mxe 3300 R10.2.0.26_2 or not? i have uploaded it to a 5330 phone but is shows mitel default screensaver. any suggestions??

how can enable calling number(internal & external ) before answer the incoming calls,  from other sets 5330, 5312 and 5610 no issues, but 5540 console only can see the calling number once the  calls is answered? any suggestions?

how i can disable second caller, calling to an DID extensions while extensions on busy......i have tried with camp on blank and this works only on trunk but not an extensions why??

any idea why 3300 Mxe 111 keeps on restarting, the software version is R10.2.0.26_2,

any idea how to configure SIP Trunk on Mxe Controller without router, if PABX network range and SIP Trunk network is different.
Example: PABX  IP - 10.10.10.26
                          Net-mask - 255.255.0.0
                          Gateway - 10.10.10.1
                          DHCP - 10.10.10.30 - 10.10.10.50 - 10.10.10.150
               SIP     IP - 192.168.51.50 ( SIP provider recommend to give this IP to a system )
                          Net mask - 255.255.255.0
                          Gateway - 192.168.51.10

i am able to active de-active this feature in IP sets.

Hi all,
I am having a problem after configuring the SIP Trunk on Mitel....the problem is when  calls to a mitel DID number the caller does not get any ringing tone, but calls receive to a mitel and can communicate with no issues.An one tell me how could i ractify this issue?

System R10.1 ( This i have tested on R8.0 also)

Any one knows what is the issues  that incoming call to SIP trunk that caller not hearing the ring tone, but calls is receiving and calls can make and speak. System version is R8.0.5.12

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / DID numbers route

Any one tell me what will be the procedure to route DID numbers to an extensions numbers if an extensions range is differ from the DID range?
Example my DID range is 100-199 but extensions that programmed are 400-499, so what i need is all incomming call to a DID 100 has to route extension 400 and outgoing calls from the extension 400 to a public numbers, the caller ID has to view DID number 100.
- i am using R8 software with SIP trunking.

How could i erase system maintenance & software logs from mitel or does it affect to the running data base if the logs are increase or is anyway to remove logs by it sefl?
