Title: Obtaining the SMDR files

Hello everyone,

I need to obtain the raw SMDR files from our server to send to PrairieFyre for analysis (seeing some reporting irregularities) - what would be the process for doing such a thing?  Our tech. II that normally handles this sort of thing is on vacation and I would prefer not to call and hassle them if I can find out using the resources available to me.  Any help is appreciated!

Does Prairie Fyre want the files from their system or straight out of the 3300?

I have had to send them the Support Package from the Contact Center Client before.

You create this by opening the client -> Management ->Support -> Create Support Package.

This should include the Raw SMDR data that the 3300 is sending to it. Of course they may think that it is not receiving everything, I don't know.
