Hello,
Man am I glad this forum exists.  I have had a Siemens HiCom PBX for 20 years.  Just moved into a new building and we just installed a new Mitel PBX in a new bldg at the Arctic Ocean with another one just installed in Anchorage, Alaska.  I am looking for some add-ons for some of my work centers.

I have found a blue tooth headset for my administrative assistants.  What I need now is an external ringer or light for my shop guys.  I have all 5330e desk sets so any peripherals should work with them...  Any help is appreciated

If the phone system is on the same site as the "shop guys" and you have an available analog port then any of the typical audio/visual signaling devices will work like they did on your old system. If you are looking for a VoIP solution then you can try one of these sites, http://www.algosolutions.com/products/Audible-and-Visual-Alerting.html (http://www.algosolutions.com/products/Audible-and-Visual-Alerting.html), http://www.wheelock-products.com/catalog/loud-phone-ringers-and-strobes.aspx (http://www.wheelock-products.com/catalog/loud-phone-ringers-and-strobes.aspx), but remember it will have to SIP and it will require an F license to be installed on the system.
