Had to move the customers virtuals to a new data center and change the IP's of all the systems. After getting the primary contact center back on line I could not get it to sync up with the remote server.
In the registry of the remote server I did find it was still referencing the old ip of the primary server and have changed it, both servers have been rebooted and all services are running. Both servers are in the same subnet and the windows firewalls are disabled.
The Yoursite Explorer Servers tab in shows I am not in sync with the remote server.
What can I do next, Should I run the MiCC Setup on the remote server and do a repair installation.
Version is 8.1

changing IP address is a PITA.. it's in several places. I can't help much but sending good luck vibes.

I know,, I had to edit the registry and run the MICC setup and run a repair, but still can't get the remote server to sync. Going to run the repair on the remote server as well, see if that works.

Do the server names still resolve correctly?
