hi
i have 2 numbers on mivoice business ver 7 which i cannot delete.
if i search for them under users and services they are not there but if i try to use them for a new hotdesk or something they come up as already in use.
they are both present under user & device attributes.
any suggestions?

In maintenance enter "Locate Number XXXX"
It should tell you where it is.

The number refers to a Hot Desk ACDII agent (Mobile DN).
where can i delete it?

Are they listed in the Telephone Directory form?

Also check the Station Attributes form.
I had this once with a couple of numbers that I couldn't find anywhere on the system - they'd been deleted at one stage, but the system was convinced they still existed. A reboot sorted them out.

You can delete ACD Agents via 'Users and Devices>ACD>AD Agent IDs'
You will have to remove them from 'ACD Agent Skill Groups' before you can delete the agent.
