Title: New to MiVB and AX Controller
Post by: jchristman2002 on January 09, 2022, 02:40:55 PM
I did the Mitel MiVB training in 2015 and then again this past December, but we have been doing exclusively MiVoice Office 250 systems and I have not had to touch a MiVB system until now.  I have an AX controller with a DSP II MMC, a T1/E1 MMC, and a 4+12 Combo card.   I am trying to configure an analog extension for a fax machine on the on the 4+12 card and for the life of me I cannot figure out the PLID.   I guess my understanding of this number is all wrong.  We never actually discussed this in class and I have been through the engineer guide, hardware technical manual, general installation guide, technician's handbook, and troubleshooting guide as well as the Primer and for the life of me I am either too dense or missing it somewhere.

If anyone has a quick, this this this way of describing it for me that would be great.  Or at a minimu what would the PLID be for the first analog port on a 4+12 card in the first available slot in an AX controller.

Your help is so appreciated.

Thanks,
Jon
